How to making good quality injection crate mold？

A: Mold design

Good crate mold design is the first step,our mold designer have more than 15 years experience.

1:We will analyze the feasibility,shrinkage and molds temperature of plastic products.

2 :We will communicate with customers,including details such as weight,style design,size and appearance,stability and wear resistance of plastic products.

3:Design and molds flow analysis are provided free of charge.

B: Mold Metal Material 

Choosing different steel model according to plastic product material,mold life and customers requirements.

We all buy mold steel raw material from large metal companies.

We personally test the hardness of the mold steel.

There are strict inspection procedures for the hardness of mould steel,and mould life is 300000 to 3 million shots.

C: Mold CNC Tooling

After the crate mold drawing is confirmed,we will start production.

Including cnc rough machining, deep hole drilling, EDM,drilling machine,high-speed milling,polishing assembly,mold trial,electroplating,nitriding,etc.

Precisely control the size,and conduct self-inspection for each mould part according to the requirements of drawing size and tolerance limit control.

D: Crate Mould Testing

The first time test we do on the molds is to check that it moves smoothly and correctly.

After the mold is polished,we will test mold again,compare the test samples with the original design and client's request.

Then send the final samples and molds testing video to customers for confirmation.
